At Wood Workers Workshop, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your item in its original protective packaging and include all assembly hardware to ensure it arrives back at our workshop safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
