What kind of wood do you use for your furniture?
We exclusively use sustainably sourced hardwoods including North American Walnut, White Oak, Cherry, and Maple. Each piece is selected for its grain pattern and structural integrity.
How long does it take to receive a custom order?
Custom furniture pieces typically require a lead time of 6 to 8 weeks. This allows our artisans to carefully select materials, build, and apply hand-rubbed finishes to ensure the highest quality.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we offer white-glove delivery across the continental United States and Canada. For international inquiries, please contact our support team for a custom freight quote.
What is your return policy for handcrafted items?
Standard items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in original condition. Please note that custom-made or personalized commissions are non-refundable once production has begun.
How should I maintain and clean my wooden furniture?
We recommend dusting regularly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals; instead, use a damp cloth followed by a dry one. Periodic application of high-quality furniture wax will help preserve the finish.
Can I visit the workshop to see pieces in person?
Yes, our workshop showroom is open to the public Tuesday through Saturday. We recommend scheduling an appointment if you wish to discuss a specific custom project with one of our master woodworkers.
